This planner produces a dated list from your own contact commitments. It replaces the old scored checker. A missing next-contact date is unscheduled, not overdue; a completed or on-hold record does not belong in the active action list.

CRM contact dates and next-action list

Use anonymous labels, your actual promised date and an explicit next action. An unscheduled record is not automatically overdue. No message is sent.

The list starts empty. A cadence is used only if elected and both last-contact date and calendar interval are supplied; a promised date takes precedence.

Owner, status and optional reader cadence

Enter the worksheet inputs.

Use anonymous labels and your own observations. Entries remain in this open page, with no account, upload, automatic storage or messaging. Export or print before closing if you need a copy.

Start with a promised date

Use an anonymous record label, the actual promised next-contact date, an owner label and a concrete next action. The as-of date is explicit so a printed list can be understood later. Date-only comparisons use calendar dates without a time zone or time-of-day promise.

An active record before its due date is upcoming. On that date it is due today. After it, the record is overdue. These are date buckets, not a judgment about business urgency, customer consent or whether a message should be sent. An owner still has to decide the actual action.

Elect a cadence only when it is the intended rule

If there is no promised date, you can explicitly choose to apply a reader-entered calendar-day interval after the last contact date. Both inputs are required to derive a date. A promised date takes precedence over that scenario. With neither a promise nor a complete elected cadence, the record stays unscheduled.

The planner supplies no recommended outreach frequency and sends no reminders or messages. It does not connect to a CRM, account, email address or contact list. A business-day service promise should be entered as its resolved actual date; this cadence model does not guess holidays or working hours.

Keep the action list honest

Add a record only when you want it in the local session; the example does not prefill a customer list. Duplicate labels are blocked so a click cannot silently double-count a record. Use Edit to change a saved record, including its status. Completed and on-hold records remain in session history with an explicit excluded state; active records retain their entered next action and unresolved owner/action labels where necessary.

The CSV export keeps dates, statuses, owners and next actions as entered and includes the chosen as-of date. Formula-like text is quoted and neutralized for spreadsheet use. The printable page is an operational list, not proof that a task was performed. Closing or reloading the page clears this session; export first if you need to keep your records.

Method and limits

The bucket logic is original calendar arithmetic and bookkeeping from reader commitments, not a CRM product test or an inferred sales method. The session supports 200 anonymous records. The office-intake SOP builder can record your actual ownership and escalation rules separately; it does not invent a follow-up policy for this list.
